CL-Tools 4Win is a small yet very useful program which comes as a bundle of 4 different utilities: CDImage 4Win, Cabarc 4Win, MakeCab 4Win and Upx 4Win. CL-Tools 4Win is an amazing suite which saves your precious time by providing a comfortable interface for a number of command-line utilities.

CDImage 4Win enables you to access a respective command-line utility which helps you in generating an ISO CD/DVD image from the folders of your hard drive. It also allows you to specify various options like volume label, CRC values computing, storage optimization and many more. Cabarc 4Win allows you to create and extract cabinet files. For instance, it allows you to deal with contents of Windows setup Cab files like .dl_, .ex_, .sy_, .bm_, .oc_, .gi_, .wa_, .mi_ etc. UPX 4Win allows you to archive different executable formats.
